To access certain features, create an account at www.godsentthis.com/signup. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@godsentthis.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Optional premium plans are available at www.godsentthis.com/pricing and www.godsentthis.com/upgrade. Pricing is clearly presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google. Manage your subscription through your device's account settings.
Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused periods, except as required by law.
Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases must be submitted to Apple or Google directly. For web purchases, contact support@godsentthis.com within 7 days of purchase.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to your subscription.
God Sent This is free to download with a core set of features at no charge. Premium features are available via subscription. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in each tier with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of journal entries, prayer notes, and reflections ("User Content") you create within the app. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content solely to operate the service for you. We do not share your User Content with other users or third parties without your consent. You are responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit anything unlawful, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
You agree not to use God Sent This to:
All content, features, and functionality of God Sent This — including app design, graphics, original commentary, prayers, life applications, software, and the God Sent This name and logo — are owned by EOA Solutions or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bible verse text in the public domain may be freely used. Modern Bible translations are used in compliance with their publishers' terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary content without written permission.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOD SENT THIS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EOA SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EOA Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via www.godsentthis.com/settings or by contacting support@godsentthis.com. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, not in class actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you through the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
